GCSE DESIGN NEA
Iterative Design Challenge
created by the Design Department at Latymer Upper School
'The Iterative Design Challenge requires you to design and make a prototype (or prototypes) through iterations of exploring, creating and evaluating that constantly to respond to stakeholder needs wants and interests.

Everybody will start with an exploration of the contextual challenge and will end with an evaluation of their final prototype (s).' KNIGHT, ROWE, MCCARTHY, TILLEY, WALKER. OCR GCSE (9-1) Design & Technology. Hodder. 2017
This website has been created to support you throughout the NEA process, to allow you to be creative and independent when completing the work and to give you access to the tools to help you do this effectively.

Even though the NEA is a fluid cyclical process and you will be continuously looping your way through the 'explore > create > evaluate' process throughout we will be using the seven-step structure below to help you work through the NEA in a chronological way.
